1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee for Technical Issues

You may request a refund within the first 7 days of your subscription only if:

  • You experience technical issues,

  • You report the issue to us as soon as possible,

  • And our support team cannot fix the problem within 24 hours.

If we fix the issue within the 24-hour support period, a refund will not be issued.


2. No Refunds After Activation (If No Technical Issue)

Once your IPTV subscription is activated and working correctly, we cannot issue refunds for reasons unrelated to technical problems.


3. Refunds for Technical Issues – More Details

A refund may be granted only when:

  • The issue is on our side,

  • You cooperate with support for troubleshooting,

  • The problem cannot be solved within 24 hours,

  • And you request the refund within 7 days of purchase.

Issues caused by your device, Wi-Fi, or internet provider are not eligible for a refund.


4. Wrong Purchase or Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buying the wrong plan

  • Changing your mind

  • Purchasing by mistake

5. Internet or Device Problems

Refunds cannot be granted if the service does not work due to:

  • Slow or unstable internet

  • Device incompatibility

  • Router or Wi-Fi issues

  • Network problems in your home

Please make sure your device and internet connection meet the required standards.


6. Payments Not Completed

A subscription is only activated after a successful payment.
Pending or failed payments are not eligible for refunds.


7. Fraud or Abuse

If we detect any type of fraud, chargeback attempt, or misuse of our service, we may suspend the subscription without refund.
