Once your IPTV subscription is activated and working correctly, we cannot issue refunds for reasons unrelated to technical problems.

You cooperate with support for troubleshooting,
The problem cannot be solved within 24 hours,
And you request the refund within 7 days of purchase.
Issues caused by your device, Wi-Fi, or internet provider are not eligible for a refund.
